Since 11.03.2024 transactions with customers of muffintech GmbH are carried out on the basis of the GTC of BITKOM in version 3.0, which is based on recommended conditions of the German Association for Information Technology, Telecommunications and New Media (Bundesverband Informationswirtschaft, Telekommunikation und Neue Medien e. V.; BITKOM), which have been approved by the Federal Cartel Office.
The terms used are not gender-specific.

SYSTEM OF THE GTC
A) Modular System
The General Terms and Conditions of muffintech GmbH represent a modular system according to the templates of BITKOM. This modular system consists of a general "Basic Module" - the General Terms and Conditions of Contract (AV BITKOM) - and specific "Service Modules" (contract types). The AV BITKOM Basic Module regulates cross-cutting issues (such as liability and performance disruptions) for all Service Modules in the same way. The Service Modules and their specific controls are based on the Basic Module, so Service Modules cannot be used alone, but only the Basic Module and the respective Service Module can be combined.
