Seit dem 11.03.2024 werden Geschäfte mit Kunden der muffintech GmbH auf Basis der AGB des Bitkom in der Version 3.0 ausgeführt, die auf Konditionenempfehlungen des Bundesverbandes Informationswirtschaft, Telekommunikation und Neue Medien e.V. (Bitkom) beruhen, welche vom Bundeskartellamt genehmigt worden sind.
Die verwendeten Begriffe sind nicht geschlechtsspezifisch.

SYSTEM DER AGB
A) Modulares System
Die Allgemeinen Geschäftsbedingungen der muffintech GmbH stellen entsprechend der Vorlagen des Bitkom ein modulares System dar. Dieses modulare System besteht aus einem allgemeinen „Grundmodul“ - den Allgemeinen Vertragsbedingungen (AV Bitkom) - und spezifischen „Leistungsmodulen“ (Vertragstypen). Das Grundmodul AV Bitkom regelt übergreifende Fragen (etwa Haftung und Leistungsstörungen) für alle Leistungsmodule übergreifend in gleicher Weise. Die Leistungsmodule bauen mit ihren spezifischen Regelungen jeweils auf dem Grundmodul auf, daher können Leistungsmodule nicht alleine verwendet werden, sondern nur das Grundmodul und das jeweilige Leistungsmodul zusammen.

Im Folgenden sind die jeweiligen Abkürzungen der einzelnen Dokumente der AGB des Bitkom aufgeführt und erläutert:

Preamble
Since 11.03.2024 transactions with customers of muffintech GmbH are carried out on the basis of the GTC of BITKOM in version 3.0, which is based on recommended conditions of the German Association for Information Technology, Telecommunications and New Media (Bundesverband Informationswirtschaft, Telekommunikation und Neue Medien e. V.; BITKOM), which have been approved by the Federal Cartel Office.
The terms used are not gender-specific.

SYSTEM OF THE GTC
A) Modular System
The General Terms and Conditions of muffintech GmbH represent a modular system according to the templates of BITKOM. This modular system consists of a general "Basic Module" - the General Terms and Conditions of Contract (AV BITKOM) - and specific "Service Modules" (contract types). The AV BITKOM Basic Module regulates cross-cutting issues (such as liability and performance disruptions) for all Service Modules in the same way. The Service Modules and their specific controls are based on the Basic Module, so Service Modules cannot be used alone, but only the Basic Module and the respective Service Module can be combined.
